We are showcasing the beauty of the desert oasis and the healing it provides. The Southwestern Medicine Women Gathering will be vibrant and well-respected as one of the regional gatherings for the study and celebration of herbal medicine, natural health, and women’s wisdom. Our event is local and will begin at the Oasis in Sedona.
This retreat is FOR YOU with several classes and intensives that foster an empowered approach to wellness using herbs and other earth-based healing methods, we address the sacred sexuality to self-empowerment.
This retreat is FOR YOU if you would like to find your true authentic self through a self-love practice and tune into your spiritual, personal, and overall well-being.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
If you signed up for EARLY ARRIVAL on May 8, 2024, Wednesday, check-in will be open from 2:30- 6:30 pm at the Oasis in Sedona. We cannot accommodate arrivals after dark. Plan accordingly.
If you plan on ARRIVING THURSDAY, check-in will be open from 2:30 am – to 4:30 pm. The meet and greet will be at 5:00 pm at the Oasis in Sedona.
We have access to PARKING on-site at The Collective Sedona.
We will email a CONFIRMATION LETTER 4-6 weeks before the event.
LODGING OR CAMPING INFORMATION
If you sign up for INDOOR LODGING, more information will be given at your reservation. Lodging will be shared rooms; if you would like an individual room, there will be an extra cost.
If you want to CAMP, there are plenty of off-road camping sites. In the state of Arizona, you do not need a permit for off-road camping; however, there are no facilities. There are state-permitted camping sites where you can register for a space with outdoor facilities.
FOOD AND DRINK: some will be provided during the gathering, and other meals and drinks on your own.
TRANSPORTATION
If you are flying in, there are three airports, Phoenix International, Flagstaff, and Prescott AZ. Some shuttles will bring you to and from these airports. You can rent cars from the airports as well.
Uber – there are only a few in the Sedona region.
